El gobierno nacional ofreció anoche a las cinco federaciones docentes de representación en todo el país aumentar el Fondo Nacional de Incentivo (Fonid) que actualmente está congelado en 255 pesos por cargo desde hace cuatro años, y se comprometió a continuar esta tarde la negociación para fijar el piso salarial del maestro.
“No recibimos una oferta concreta ayer y se pasó a un cuarto intermedio para hoy, pero el gobierno nacional tiene la voluntad de mejorar la propuesta anterior”, dijo Sonia Alesso, titular de la Confederación de Trabajadores de la Educación de la República Argentina (Ctera).
Los cinco gremios nacionales -Ctera, Sadop, UDA, Amet y CEA- habían rechazado el 22% de aumento ofrecido la semana pasada, por estar lejos del 38,6% pretendido para llevar el piso mínimo salarial a 6.000 pesos.
¿Podría haber paro nacional docente como el año pasado?, consultó El Litoral. “No lo sabemos porque la paritaria no está cerrada. Vamos a ver qué pasa hoy, son horas decisivas. El viernes tendremos el congreso de Ctera para definir”, indicó Alesso.
El piso mínimo se establece todos los años para que ningún maestro del país cobre menos de esa suma. Hay provincias que tienen dificultades para garantizar ese sueldo y entonces el gobierno nacional se hace cargo de aportar la diferencia presupuestaria. Según Alesso, “en este momento hay siete provincias que reciben financiamiento nacional para salarios docentes: Entre Ríos, San Juan, Tucumán, Salta, Formosa, Misiones y La Rioja”.
